Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Swing AI, an AI golf coaching app provided by Peloso Tech LLC. By using Swing AI, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You may need an account to use certain Swing AI features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Swing AI, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
User-Uploaded Content
You are responsible for swing videos and other content you upload. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content with Swing AI. You grant Peloso Tech LLC permission to process uploaded content to provide app features, including storage, AI analysis, coaching feedback, and support.
AI-Generated Golf Advice
Swing AI provides AI-generated analysis, practice recommendations, swing thoughts, and golf guidance for informational and coaching support. It is not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, safety advice, or your own judgment. Golf involves physical activity, and you are responsible for practicing safely and within your abilities.
Subscriptions
Swing AI Pro may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple. Available plans may include monthly, yearly, and introductory offers shown in the app. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, and eligibility are displayed before purchase and are handled by the App Store.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Trials and Introductory Offers
Free trials and introductory offers are subject to Apple eligibility rules and App Store terms. If you are not eligible for an introductory offer, Apple may offer the subscription at the regular price shown before purchase.
Intellectual Property
Swing AI, including its design, branding, software, content, and features, is owned by Peloso Tech LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Swing AI except as permitted by law or these Terms.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Swing AI reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or changed from time to time. AI-generated features may depend on network access, third-party services, app configuration, and backend availability.
Disclaimers
Swing AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that analysis will be perfect, that recommendations will improve your score, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peloso Tech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, personal injury, or damages arising from your use of Swing AI.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Swing AI if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for others, or if continued access would be unlawful or harmful.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Swing AI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
